Went here with a grade 1 rotator cuff injury and from day 1 Kayla was amazing with it.From quickly diagnosing what it was, to giving me the right exercises to do on a weekly basis and to just getting into the area and loosening it every week was amazing.I felt my self getting better every week and she was spot on with the recovery time of 4 weeks too.Would highly recommend !

Lauren is awesome. I saw her for double tennis elbow. I could barely lift a pen from my desk when I had my first consultation. She created a tailored and achievable program which has completely healed me, kept me very well informed without over-complicating the information. Great physio offering fantastic treatment and care. Absolutely recommend to anyone.Tore my calf muscle and Kang took me from barely getting along via zombie shuffle to moving pain free again. He was a really caring professional, with a great sense of humour (that for sure helped with the more painful moments of treatment).Kang really listened to my concerns and recovery/fitness goals and tailored and recovery plan to get me back up and running again.

Kayla was absolutely amazing and I have already recommended her to some friends of mine in Sydney. She was extremely knowledgeable and easily understood my injury and how to treat it. I came in with a completely locked neck and she treated me with massage, needling, tape and exercises. Already the day after, my movement was 100 times better and a few days later it’s almost back to normal. I couldn’t recommend anyone more. I’ve seen a lot of physios through the years, and Kayla has been hands down the best one.

Kang helped me a lot with getting to the bottom of my knee and hip recovery. With a combination of a recovery plan and home exercises and knowing how to combat the pain for better health, the care that was given was fantastic.
